Belinda Cooney

Belinda currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Interactive Pty Ltd, with over 25 years’ experience in global financial markets primarily with Macquarie Capital.

She has extensive experience advising and investing in high growth technology businesses. Belinda is also a Non-Executive Director of Cuscal Limited, the largest independent payments solutions provider for the Australian financial services sector, and a member of the Advisory Board of CSIRO’s Data61. She was formerly a Non-Executive Director of 86 400 Holdings Limited, an Australian neobank, and has previously chaired and been a member of Macquarie Capital investee company boards. Belinda is also the former Chair of FINSIA’s NSW Regional Council.

Belinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and a Masters of Finance (Deans List) from INSEAD. She also holds CA, CFA, GAICD and SF FINSIA professional qualifications and designations.
