Over 20 years experience in the IT Field, primarily within senior management/executive positions or advisory positions to CIO’s and Executive Boards. Extensive experience in all aspects of IT management, including strategic service planning and change management, project management, service delivery, leadership and operational management, business and process alignment, financial and budgetary control, human and asset resource management.
Strong skills and experience in capacity development and capacity building, both in developed and developing countries, including working with the full range of government levels, NGO’s, charity organisations, business councils and sporting clubs. Hands-on experience and strong skills in facilitation, coaching and mentoring to a wide range of stakeholders and counterparts, including senior executive management and senior government officials through to junior staff. Experience, both as a participant and also as a facilitator in different learning development approaches including “Open Source Technology” and “Action Learning”.
