Alan comes to IBM from HSBC, one of the world’s largest global banks, where he served as the Global Head of IT Infrastructure for the last five years, leading a significant transformation for the bank’s IT infrastructure and service management capabilities. He also held a variety of key executive roles at Lloyds Banking Group and Royal Bank of Scotland Group (now NatWest Group).
