Demonstrated strengths in setting business and Digital strategies, Technology Roadmaps, large Digital transformation programs involving business case, ROI analysis, product & vendor selection, system development, and creating / leading cohesive teams for implementation.

Digital Operations Transformation is a core expertise, and Raghu has been successfully designing Target Operating Models along with their execution, by applying Tech modernization, help adopt Organization Change Management in a Multi or Hybrid cloud environments, Optimise/Enhance synergies from investments into ITSM, CMDB, Monitoring, AIOps etc.,. All of these to aid organizations build a cost effective and an extremely efficient Digital Operations setup.

Raghu’s experience spans across business domains like Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Travel & Leisure, and Life Sciences. His most recent focus is Generative AI and has been leading a few customer initiatives along with participating/contributing across industry events.

Raghu has MBA(Madras University) in MIS(Management Information Systems), an Executive MBA(Melbourne Business School) in Strategic Business Management and Post-Graduation in Computer Sciences. His base location is Melbourne, Australia.
