Pravin Bechar

Pravin Bechar is a deeply experienced Technology and Industry Executive across Mining, Energy and Resources sectors and recently joined Telstra through its acquisition of Aqura Technologies. Prior to co-founding Aqura Technologies, where Pravin was Chief Strategy and Sales Officer, he also spent time at Rio Tinto, BHP, Shell and others.

With over 25 years’ experience leading the engineering and implementation of industrial technology solutions globally, Pravin’s strength is in the practical application of technology to industrial environments, guiding organisations to realise and maximise business value from their technology investments.

Prior to Aqura/Telstra, Pravin pioneered the development of Private LTE (4G) in the Mining Industry, leading strategic programs for Rio Tinto with full oversight of business case development, capital planning and program lifecycle management.
