Mitchell (Mitch) Young leads ServiceNow’s business across Asia Pacific (APAC), a dynamic and fast-growing region key to the company’s overall growth and global revenue target of up to US$16 billion by 2026.

APAC includes a diverse range of markets, each in their own stage of the digital workflow revolution. Mitch is tasked with building ServiceNow’s customer base, product leadership and partner ecosystem across the region.

With over two decades of industry experience, combined with long stints in Singapore, China, Australia and the US, Mitch has deep experience in building high performing and diverse teams.

Mitch is passionate about helping customers drive their digital agenda and achieve business success by simplifying and streamlining the way work gets done. Digital transformation has become the modern enterprise’s necessity and Mitch delights in sharing trends and best practices with customers to help them accelerate this journey and future proof their business.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Mitch served as the IBM General Manager for ASEAN overseeing regional operations, including sales and distribution, manufacturing, procurement, global delivery and support functions.

Mitch holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical & Manufacturing from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is based in Melbourne with his wife and three children.
