Mike Kennedy is a seasoned technology and strategy leader with over 30 years of experience in technology including over 20 years in the mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. He currently leads strategy, projects, and business engagement for Orica, one of the world’s premier mining and infrastructure solutions providers. Mike’s extensive career has spanned senior roles at industry giants like BHP, where he served as Group IT Services and Operations Manager, and Shell Oil, working as a Solutions Architect. His deep expertise lies in leveraging technology to drive operational excellence and business transformation within asset-intensive companies. Mike led the engagement at Orica implementing an enterprise-wide sustainability scorecard reporting Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions across the continuous manufacturing function.
