Michael Vincetic

Cloud & Core Enterprise Z - Practice Leader, Australia and New Zealand at Kyndryl


In his current role, Michael is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, technology leadership, and consulting assessments for a diverse range of customers, partner customer units, practices, solution design, and sales teams.
Michael has led significant projects such as the certification of the Federal Government zCloud with the Digital Transformation Agency, the development and deployment of zCloud in A/NZ, and the negotiation of the largest stadium technology refresh with the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Michael brings 35 years of extensive experience across various roles and industry segments. He has held several key positions, including Leader of Services Solutioning A/NZ, Sales leadership, and IT delivery.
Prior to this, he worked with many of IBM’s largest managed services customers across Australia and New Zealand to help define their infrastructure management strategies and built standardised solution and commercial management frameworks that were adopted across AP.

Michael spent his first 25 years in IT delivery working across a range of roles ultimately resulting in executive leadership of both the Strategic Outsourcing – SSO and ITS delivery units at different periods during this time. It is in these roles that Michael gained deep expertise across not only a diverse range of technologies but also insight into the service frameworks that are critical to the seamless delivery of quality service outcomes to our clients.
Key career highlights during this time include leading the establishment and migration for the Global Workforce Optimisation program for ANZ, transition of both the operations and call centres and significant work in scaling business unit performance across service quality, financials, controls and compliance dimensions.

Michael is also a passionate advocate for mental health and neurodiversity, actively participating in the Kyndryl Inclusion Network (KIN) Diverse-ability working group.
