John Dougan is the global head of sales training and coaching at software giant, Workday. In his role he focuses on the development of executive sales leaders in areas of people, process and priorities.

His focus on the psychology of high performing corporate executives has seen him study leadership psychology and psychology at work and apply these with large organisations around the globe.

Originally from Ireland, he has spent the past two decades living and working in Asia-Pacific and the US.
