John Chambers

John Chambers is a senior partner in the Kyndryl Customer Advisory Practice, which provides deep expertise and CIO insights for Kyndryl’s customers.

John joined Kyndryl to assist customers with designing and deploying advanced technology environments to tackle the increasing demands of a digital world. He brings deep expertise and a strong track record in leading large-scale mission-critical IT systems and shared services, from strategy to sales, solution delivery and operations.

John was previously the Chief Information Officer at Lloyds Banking Group and was the first Group CIO to have joined the Group Executive Committee. As part of the largest UK retail and Commercial bank, John was responsible for both the Payments operations and the Bank’s IT function – shaping new technology capabilities and platforms through program delivery, IT operations, and shared services in complex environments.
