Gemma Wong

Gemma is a seasoned product designer, strategist, and researcher with over 15 years’ experience building human-centered design solutions. She brings her high drive for excellence and collaboration to every engagement.

As a director at Slalom, Gemma helps lead the cross-capability growth and development of Slalom _build Australia. She also leads the Sydney Experience Design team, creating unique GTM offerings and evolving ways of working to meet clients where they are.

As a design practitioner, Gemma specialises in lean product design and delivery to help clients realise more value, more quickly. She coaches teams in rapid ideation, validation and prioritisation methods that are scalable and repeatable.

Most of all, Gemma is passionate about helping customers articulate and align their strategic goals with customer value, to deliver real and measurable outcomes.
