Eric Swift

Eric Swift joined ServiceNow in April 2021 in the role of Vice President and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). He is responsible for leading the digital workflow company into its next phase of growth. In this role, Eric is supported by a strong, dedicated local team across the region, helping organisations in Australia and New Zealand to increase efficiency and create amazing experiences for customers and employees.

Eric joined ServiceNow from Microsoft, where he served in many leadership roles over the last twenty years.

Growing up near Silicon Valley, Eric was inspired by technology at a young age. His passion comes from a desire to make business more effective with the use of technology, and this is what keeps him focused. Eric’s purpose is what drew him to ServiceNow, sharing a similar mission to our Founder, Fred Luddy, recognising the power of the Now Platform to make the world work better.
