Detlef Krause leads ServiceNow’s business across Asia Pacific (APAC), a dynamic and fast-growing region key to the company’s overall growth and global revenue target of up to US$16 billion by 2026.

Detlef joined ServiceNow in November 2018 becoming one of the companies most successful business leaders, with an inherent knack for building, motivating and mobilising high performing teams. Prior to leading APAC, Detlef ran ServiceNow’s Europe Central business including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and more.

Detlef has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, including stints at SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce and British Telecom.

In APAC, Detlef is tasked with building ServiceNow’s customer base, product leadership and partner ecosystem across a wide region where digital transformation is at diverse stages by market and industry. Detlef is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to customers and helping them to achieve digital business outcomes that improve customer and employee experiences.
