Benjamin Henshall

Regional Vice President & General Manager Australia & New Zealand at Denodo

About

Having a broadening and diverse experience in both classic strategic individual sales to sales management, to organisational transformation and leadership development, coupled with industry ownership.

By way of working across the diverse markets, cultures, and partnerships of APAC, along with influencing and aligning across global teams, my skillsets for strategy, measurements, and driving high growth have stretched me to be “constantly uncomfortable”.

Building teams, enhancing performance as one, and figuring out, how to drive customer satisfaction, is something that is difficult and rewarding in enterprise software.

In today’s market and global regulation, companies and governments are competing alike to improve. My aspiration is to enhance the productivity of organisations and enable extra-ordinary value creation to the citizen, consumers, producers, and really, people’s lives.
