Our Commitment to You:

Strategic Learning and World Class Content:

  • Full access to our Connected Cloud & DC Edge agenda and Speakers.
  • Access to all Keynotes and Panel Sessions.
  • Access to your preferred Private Boardroom Roundtables.
  • Digital delivery of Presentation slides on-site and post event.
  • All sessions conducted under Chatham House Rules so you can share with confidence.

Collaboration, Networking, and Partnerships:

  • On-site networking with up to 150 peers – Our onsite Edge App lets you request to meet other delegates on-site.
  • We will align and arrange up to 5 one-on-one business meetings on-site for you with qualified strategic partners. These are intelligently matched based on an assessment of your objectives and feedback.
  • Pre-Edge we will provide you with the list of confirmed strategic partners with capability profile on each for you to request to meet any of relevance. We will then arrange a mixture of 1:1s with your preferences, as well as providers aligned to your investment plans.
  • We will not exceed 8 meetings across the event – and you reserve the right to request a change if you see no alignment.
  • This proven model made us a leader in Edge events and hundreds of testimonials attest to the value and our honest approach.

On-Site Hospitality:

  • 5 Star accommodation is available for interstate and qualified VIP guests.
  • Includes VIP Breakfast; refreshments and all day Barista, and networking lunch.
  • Networking reception post event.
  • If you need to declare the event costs for probity – we invest over AUD $1,500 per delegate in onsite costs.
  • You can pay a nominal fee for probity, or for your own accommodation costs.
  • You are welcome to bring your partner to share your room, but they have no access to the Gala Dinner or Summit itself.
  • Any additional nights, late check-outs, incidentals, or early check-ins that incur a fee are your responsibility.

Your Commitment to Us:

You will engage, collaborate, and ideally attend the whole Summit, unless specified to your account manager on booking. This includes attending your choice of content sessions, your specified number of 1:1 meetings, Roundtables and Workshops–also:

Pre-Event Delegate Survey:

  • All attendees at Connected Cloud & DC Edge submit a short survey on their status quo, business objectives and challenges, benchmarking, and areas of investment priority. This data is utilised to create benchmarking content for on-site presentations, the Roundtables, as well as the post-Summit benchmarking report which you will receive for free.
  • This also enables us to arrange and match-make only relevant business meetings. We don’t want to waste your time, and this short survey (either submitted online or by phone) enables us to know better who may serve you. Also, the survey saves you repeating the same data in each meeting.

Submissions:

We’ll need a few necessary materials for networking and on-site purposes only:

  • Logo, Head-shot, Bio, Company profile, Contacts
  • You digitally submit your preferred content sessions – helping us to align content and reserve round-table seats for you.
  • Connected Cloud & DC Edge has the right to associate your name and organisation as an Event attendee.

Materials are submitted via our online portal. You will receive personal login details for this upon registration.

 

Cancellations:

We want to create an engaging and valuable platform for you to learn and network, and you’ve been shortlisted to attend as a VIP guest. A lot of work and preparation goes into a premier Edge Experience, and while there is no financial penalty for cancellations, please respect ADAPT facilitates tailored agendas and itineraries for all 150 attendees. Late changes/cancellations by any attendee can result in roll-on effects impacting other executive leaders.

To minimise these impacts we simply ask that you:

  1. Provide as much notice as possible to your Delegate Advisory manager.
  2. Attend a portion of the gathering as a partial attendee OR find a replacement of equal standing (similar level seniority and responsibility) to attend in your place.

Only the individual who accepts this form will be allowed to attend the event. New delegate attendees must be approved by ADAPT, and if approved this booking is transferable with the same terms and features.
