Position: Advantage Customer Success Manager
As a seasoned Customer Success professional, you will be the key partner to ADAPT Advantage clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from their subscriptions. By understanding each client’s priorities and challenges, you’ll guide them in leveraging ADAPT’s services to make informed decisions and achieve superior outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients in Sales and Marketing, ensuring their successful engagement with ADAPT Advantage services.
- Lead client onboarding, clearly demonstrating the value and benefits of ADAPT’s Advantage services to decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for account growth through service expansion and product introductions.
- Conduct client meetings to surface priorities, recommend actionable programs, and ensure high ROI on Advantage subscriptions.
- Perform retention analysis and identify success drivers, ensuring clients achieve optimal engagement and satisfaction.
- Master ADAPT’s account management methodology to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
